After the one week fasting at the beginning of this year, I took advantage of the weight loss momentum and have been trying to inch my way back to my pre-wedding weight. It's a long hard road but I can't stop now. Not only because of the weight but because I need to live a healthier lifestyle. Sure it would be nice to fit into very sexy lingerie instead of old baggy pajamas but there's more to life than just appearances. My kids are growing and they need me more than ever. I can't be much use to them if I'm bedridden and sickly. That's why I'm slowly changing my eating habits. A lot of healthy options are out there that don't necessarily deprive you from eating the food you enjoy. It's just a matter of choosing which one is better for you.
