We recently bought some plain Cheerios as part of our drive to live healthier lives. My daughter wasn't eating much of it, so we bought some apples to mix with our cereal (too bad we didn't have Shari's berries). Aside from oat cereals, we are pushing our kids to eat whole wheat bread for them to get more dietary fiber and a little more protein. It is best for them to learn to be health conscious at an early age as compared to those of the generation of my parents who suffer from diabetes, heart disease because of indulging in "good food". Health is indeed wealth.
