Them Bones

Lately, my mom has been complaining of pain in her hips and joints. She fears it might be due to arthritis already. So she tried drinking milk fortified with extra calcium to prevent osteoporosis. Even with calcium supplements in pill form are available in the market, I still believe milk is the best calcium supplement there is. That is, if you’re not lactose intolerant like my mom. But if you are, you might want to steer clear of the milk and stick to the pills.
