I usually take Ballet classes with my son and daughter. This is my way of getting fit while I enhance my Ballet teaching skills. As the kids' recital draws nearer, the classes become more challenging. We did fast changement-echappe combinations. We did tendus that were closely resembling the teacher's advance class routine. We also do 100 crunches and a battery of leg raises. No need to read noxycut reviews, Ballet seems to do the wonders needed to keep me fit.
