Holiday Fitness

As Christmas approaches quickly, one keeps wondering how to keep one's weight under control during the holidays. The quick way for a lot of people would be to take Orlistat before going to parties. For some it would be going on a crash diet or Fastin after the holidays. Here's some strategy I plan to take this season:

1. During parties take the first trip to the buffet to sample a little bit of everything. The second trip is for eating 2 dishes you really like. Don't take more than 2 trips.

2. Follow the food pyramid. Major on fruits and veggies as these are often neglected. Consume fat and sweets sparingly.

3. Drink a lot of (healthy) fluids.

4. Maintain a lot of physical activity during the holidays.
