I overheard this conversation while my son and his younger sister were playing  "restaurant" with their toys:

kuya:  okay aemu, this is what we are going to do, first we set the food... 

aemu: i don't want to do that, kuya...

kuya:  but aemu, we have to do it this way!

aemu: no, i want to do it THIS way.

kuya:  no aemu (frustrated), I'm the  MANAGER!

aemu: that's not fair!

kuya:  but I AM the manager!

aemu: well then, I'm the GIRL-ager!

equal rights , anyone?
