I recently was in an event were instructors and teachers of different after school activities presented the benefits of their programmes. There was a guy making a pitch for his art classes. Another guy started playing his violin and his guitar ( don't know if he used Dean Markley). There were the Karate Senseis teaching the kids how to kick and punch. Just made me realize that as a Ballet teacher, I have the responsibility to point my students to a path where they make the most of their talent and honor God. Its not just about making the right moves at the right mode of the music. Nor is it about showing off the appropriate emotion at the high and lows of a song. Its about a heart after God manifested in character above reproach and impeccable technique. It is indeed a humbling honor and privilege.
