Weight loss

I've noticed that my metabolism has been slowing down. Losing weight is not as easy as before anymore. I have learned how to skip meals and not feel hungry but even that has a really slow effect on my weight.  I know there are many articles out there on diet pills reviewed but they won't really help me if I don't increase my physical activity. DH has been egging me to take dance class again and quite honestly, I had very little motivation until lately. Maybe I will take him up on his offer soon. :)
